Hi everyone, happy Sunday!
I hope you all had a lovely week, what a difference a little bit of sunshine makes! I am so looking forward to warmer, sunnier days, blossoming flowers and picnics!
I would like to introduce and welcome you to our very first monthly newsletter. We have decided to create a personal space to keep you up to date with everything to do with Samalanah Collection. That includes what we are working on, new collections, product releases, behind the scenes and everything else in between.
Last week we launched our Mother's Day hampers and I am so pleased that so many of you loved them!
If you would like to order a hamper, please do before 11am on Monday 8th March to guarantee it in time for Mothering Sunday. We will of course still be offering local deliveries up until Saturday 13th March.
Mother's day is about celebrating the mothers we know and love; whether that's your own mum, someone who feel's like your mum, a friend, the mother of your child or anybody else that you believe deserves the recognition for simply being wonderful and playing an important role in your life.
Celebrate her. Thank her. Tell her you love her.

A GREETING'S CARD COLLECTION
We have joined together with the wonderful EK Designs on a greetings card collection. EK Designs supplied our gorgeous Mother's Day cards and we were so impressed with the quality and attention to detail that we have decided to collaborate on a full card collection.
Our products are all beautifully packaged making them the perfect gift, adding a greetings card is the finishing touch.

REFILLS
We are so excited about this one. It's something we have wanted to release since the beginning. The only thing that has stopped us was the demand for the correct wax. Wax sales have increased by 700% from last year and with Brexit it has become a bit of a hunt for gold. Our refills will be 160g of fragranced eco soy wax, ready to slip into your iconic gel wax candle, making it as good as new.
Stay tuned for the refill launch!

CANDLE CARE SET
Candle care is so important to make your candle last longer and maintain a quality burn throughout its life.
We are so pleased to say we have sourced a stylish candle care set, which includes a wick trimmer, snuffer, dipper and tray. A must have for any candle owner. Our sets will come in gold or matte black.
We hope to have them available to purchase towards the end of the month.
LUXURY REED DIFFUSERS
Our newest product, Reed Diffusers are generously fragranced and hand blended with an eco-friendly base. We have been working on them for over 6 weeks to get them right, from sourcing a unique 200ml bottle and stopper, to the botanical designs, packaging and reeds. They launched exclusively for our Mother's Day hampers and after such great feedback and demand, they will be available to purchase on their own, coming very soon!
NEW PRODUCTS
We will always create our iconic gel wax candles as our signature piece, however we are so excited to be working on new candle designs. We have been trialling a particular design since the beginning of the year, which I absolutely love and know you will too. We are still testing this candle, as we have experienced a few hiccups along the way, but I am determined to make it work, because if it was easy to do, everyone would do it.
We are also working on large pure soy wax candles, they are simple and elegant, designed for those of you who just love a big, strong smelling candle. We are creating new fragrances to add to our ever growing collection...we just can't help ourselves!
We are so thankful to all of our wonderful customers, because of you we are in a position where we are able to develop and expand the business even further.
As some of you might know, Mike has been working full time on the business since he has been furloughed. Mike plays a huge part in the success of Samalanah Collection and is always pushing the brand forward and coming up with new and creative ideas! I am forever thankful and grateful for him.
We are both so excited and proud to see the collection grow and love sharing the journey with you. Once again, thank you.
