We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unlit and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@samalanahcollection.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Samalanah Collection is not liable for return shipping costs and these costs must be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do everything we can to ensure your packages arrives in perfect condition. However, on the occasion your order arrives faulty or damaged. Please email us at info@samalanahcollection.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photographic evidence will also be required. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
